Membership details for co-operative and private sugar factories in Maharashtra as well as other States of India

1) VSI membership is voluntary.
2) As resolved in the General Body of the Institute, the area of operation has been expanded to other States.
3) The non-member sugar factories can become members by paying One Time Entry Fee as applicable and is mentioned in the table below.

One Time Entry Level Membership Fee [INR]
Rs.25,000/-	For Co-operative sugar factories - In Maharashtra State
Rs.1,00,000/-	For Co-operative sugar factories - Outside Maharashtra State
Rs.1,50,000/-	For any Private sugar factories - Inside as well as Outside of Maharashtra State
*** GST extra as applicable (at present @ 18%)

5) Each factory would also have to pay the membership contribution per bag of sugar produced each year as may be decided by the Governing Council from time to time. Presently the contribution is @ Rs.1.00 per quintal of sugar produced.
6) Download and fill up the Membership Application Form here and send alongwith the Resolution of the Board of Directors. Also, send applicable membership fees only by Demand Draft/ Cheque in favour of "VASANTDADA SUGAR INSTITUTE" payable at Pune.
7) This decision has been intimated to all State Sugar Federations for circulation among sugar factories.
